Has anyone smoked brats and rightly hour long did it take? What IT temp should I be shooting for? Skagg2000 Posted August 9, 2019 Share Posted August 9, 2019 These or the ones from Lidl hit our smoker every week. They are a staple in the fridge for all sorts. Cook em low around 225f or they'll split. I put them on for no more than 90 minutes turning half way. I like them with a sweet wood cherry or apple.
