That stuff was good. I’ve still got a little bit left in the fridge. Looking forward to try the cheese.

You will need to get on and cold smoke cheese. It is easy. Count on vaccing portions and leaving it for at least 3 weeks . Do it. It is easy and you will not look back.

I just did a roast pork loin from Morrison’s. Sage fennel garlic rub over roasted apples 

Pinot Grigio and cider apple gravy !
