  11. Greetings fellow BBQ-natics, Weather (in the SE) forecast this weekend meant to be quite sunny. Any BBQ-ing plans? Placed an order from Turner George for some pork & beef ribs. Most of the rubs I've been using involve sugar (lots) and paprika. Anyone considered something more simple? Just salt & black pepper?
