I know this date has passed and you did the lovely Beef Wellington. But if taking requests for further cooks, seen some excellent photos of a Deep Pan Pizza cooked in a Skillet on an ordinary charcoal BBQ. Wondered if you fancied giving it ago, as it interests me but I don't have a large enough skillet atm and know you probably would and see if it is worth investing in one for something like this, if it's easy enough?

  4. This is my latest video, Jambalaya cooked in a Cast Iron Pan over Charcoal.

Its a great quick and easy dish that uses up any of those left over BBQ Meats you have hanging around.

Hey great video, love the grizzly bars on the grill

If it was me I might add a scotch bonnet, fresh ginger, and two or three tea spoons of BBQ sauce

For me I always add extra thyme (fresh, stalks and all), which I blend out

Great work looks great, love the idea of cooking whole chicken

Thanks for the feed back Dave 👍

  6. Here’s my latest video for a Cast Iron Wednesday May Challenge, Cinco De Mayo.

I decided to use up what left overs I had from previous cooks to make my Mexican Dishes.

In this video I make Beef Rib Tacos, Pulled Pork Tacos, Coriander & Lime Dip and Esquites (Grilled Mexican Sweetcorn Salad)

If you would like to subscribe to my YouTube Channel Dutchy Cooking click link and look forward to seeing you!

Looking to ask folks what they would like to seen being cooked, can be Cast Iron, Live Fire or anything BBQ related, you never know might even do a giveaway!

Looks Grand Dutchy, another Indian recipe to try, after the tandoori I made the other week. Might have to try & do them horizontally over an open fire in the ProQ

    Cheers n Gone Nick
