LOL, it was at the Friday night of tailgate (northern?) last year when I slaved away making paella for everyone, I have witnesses.. Actually it was not all that taxing as prepped all the ingredients at home. I figured it would be nice for people to arrive and see paella cooking. It went down well.

:th_nopicsye3: !  I will unashamedly steal anyone’s recipe change one thing and call it a Dutchy Original!

Good luck with the youtube channel👍

I would love to do my own but I would never have the confidence to do it

Adam, go for it, I had no confidence at all when I started, come to think of it 🤔 I still haven’t!

  3. Just subscribed to you, great videos, one thing I would say, is drop the Episodes tag, as the more you make the numbers will get daunting. Also, you only have a limited amount of Characters to use in the title, use these to better effect with #.........

People searching for #baconweavefatty will be directed to you.

  4. So last time out I did BBQ Beef Brisket in a Dutch Oven, so the obvious next thing to try is BBQ Pulled Pork!

I did not add any sauce when pulled as I was freezing this for a later date, which I then added sauce when it was warmed up.

No worries, meant on a pellet grill. Mine ranges from 185-600F would imagine somewhere round the 300-350F would do it. Just wondered if you had ever checked the temp yourself of the cast iron.

It's Spanish week at Lidl from tomorrow, they do a terrific Fried tomato sauce when this comes around, so will pick some of them up tomorrow with their frozen Potato Bravas to go with it.

Next time a do a cook, i will check the temperature.

Looks a great dish to try. Have you any idea what surface temp of the cast iron is, for people who want to try this sort of dish on a grill who don't have a stove, like yourself?

Hi Steve, not sure of the Cast Iron temperature, just a moderate heat you would fry at?
If you wanted to, make the sauce, then place uncooked Cod on top, then either place in a moderate oven for 10 minutes (checking fish is cooked) or under grill until fish is cooked.
