Here's mine ... once you make your own you'll never want to buy the supermarket stuff again!
  11. Love this but my other half is quite handy and we had some wood lying around!! ?
  12. Cookshack (Electric) and Fast Eddy (Pellet) by Cookshack are great commercial Smokers and very popular in the restaurant arena. Southern Pride are also pretty good if you want something that runs on Gas. All have a decent footprint size and can cope with large amounts of meat.
  13. Long gone are the days when I first used a pellet Smoker (over 14 years ago). We have quite a few to choose from these days ... I still love Fast Eddy by Cookshack, that was my first. But I've also used GMG, Traeger and Louisiana. Yet to try Yoder, but they look good too from a quality build point.
  14. Hi everyone been doing this BBQ stuff for a little while now ... but call me the Granny of UK BBQ at your own peril!! ??
