Sous vide porridge

I had this this morning and was not that impressed. Too watery ( i like my porridge thicker texture) and the oats did not break down like they do in the pan.  I was using jumbo oats but they were nice a soft so easy to eat.  I guess to improve use less liquid than 3 cups  to 1 but I use that ratio in the pan and it is perfect. Maybe a higher temperature will help to break down the oats than 68  degs c
