Smokin Monkey
Built this Mini WSM a few years back from a cheap B&Q BBQ and a Large Stock Pot. Cheap B&Q BBQ Large Stock Pot from a local Asian Supermarket. Drilled holes in the bottom of the Pot, to allow heat up, but the base also acts like a defused. Used an old wire rack as a stand off. Bought a Teracotta Plat Pot Sauce to also act as a diffuser. Padded some clips and fire rope to the top and bottom to form a good seal. Use the top vent to insert probe, but might drill side and put grommets in.
Icefever
Well done...that looks to be the dogs doodars. It's great when you DIY something saves money and it makes you feel good. Ice
Smokin Monkey
Its a great little Smoker. Not really used it in anger, was just a project. Might dig it out and bring it to the Tailgate 18.
