Beginners 'easy' smoking meats?

Pulled pork is considered one of the easiest to do when it comes to low and slow and its what I started with👍

Even if your temps are abit up and down, it still turns out pretty good as its very forgiving.

Don't panic when the internal temp hits "the stall" as its completely normal (even though it can put doubt in your mind).

Short ribs are fantastic although I only tried them once I was confident with my temperature control so Im not sure how forgiving they are🤔

Pulled pork will feed a lot of people. try the Weber pacific rim version, and do the mango salsa serve in lettuce leaves, it is a beautiful version. Long slow smoke, be patient and do not worry about the stall, plan and be patient
