Wade
It is great to see the first signs that the season has begun... The 2018 chilli crop is well under way. About 20 have already poked their heads above to soil and still plenty to come.

Wade
Get them in soon and they will be fine . Just remember to keep them warm and do not over water them.
valve90210
Another year where I thought about getting myself sorted nice and early and another year where I've still done nothing about it... Really must get some seeds and get cracking. My Scoth bonnet from last year has overwintered successfully so far which is nice, though I know there's plenty of time for it to just up and die on me yet!! lo;

Gourmet Meat Centre
Now Im not saying Im in agreement but what started off with a simple "just going to weigh up the new bbq" ended up with it filling my entire day. More to boot...ive even managed to talk Sarah around to us building a bespoke bbq for family occassions. I feel a plan comming together ?

Martyn Catanach
My seeds are in and have been a week, nothing poking out yet though
Wade
Give them a chance as they can sometimes take several weeks to come through. Are you keeping them at about 20 C? Some varieties will not even germinate below that.
Martyn Catanach
Wade, they're slowly coming through, some varieties quicker than others , they are in a heated propagator as well Edited March 16, 2018 by Martyn Catanach

Martyn Catanach
They're only just 'popping out' so will be there a fair few weeks yet, I'm sure
