And I'm having to use my phone to upload 😏 I'm using my offset smoker today for baby back ribs. I made a hot and spicy sauce and let them marinate overnight. I'm trying out a new method with the coals, kind of a snake method. By new method I mean new to me, on the offset. I added a piece of oak, just to see what it does to the flavour. I just noticed the ribs look like a lobster 😂. Must do a better trimming job next time!
