First proper smoke ...

Pete

Recommended Posts

I purchased an off set smoker last year and I have used it for the usual novice BBQ cooks.

I've now finished all the mods I think I needed (or just wanted to do) and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good piece of meat to cook, something nice but not costing the earth just in case it ends up in the bin :-)

Cheers

Pete
