Smokin Monkey Posted October 13, 2017 Share Posted October 13, 2017 Sumac Chicken Kebabs4 Chicken Breats Cubed3 tsp SumacZest of one Lemon chopped4 Garlic Cloves chopped1/4 cup of good OilS&PMix all marinade ingridients in a bowl. Add chicken a cover with marinade. Marinade for minimum 1 hour, best over night.Thread onto skewers and cook over a high heat, until Chicken is cooked through. Liomer Posted October 16, 2017 Share Posted October 16, 2017 Came out OK.......ish. Used 8 fairly large boneless thighs - bought at Brogdale on Saturday. Doubled the marinade, but I think I will quadruple it for this number, as it didn’t really add much in the way of citrus flavour.
