Jerk chicken with rice n peas, jerk corn on the cob and coleslaw Beef kofta with couscous and salad Smoked cheese and jalapeno sausages Chicken balti - cooked the marinated chicken on skewers then added to the pot to bubble away (failed to make my own naans this time round).
