Going to take a trip into Birmingham Indoor Market in the coming weeks as hoping they will stock them. Anyone done them before any tips and is Shoulder the best cut for both of them? sotv Posted April 27, 2019 Author Share Posted April 27, 2019 Managed to pop into the Birmingham Indoor Market today, vary impressed with the variety of meats and fish you could buy there at the different stalls. Meatiest racks of ribs I have ever seen and huge slabs of Brisket and Shins etc all at good prices Picked up a Whole Goat Shoulder and a couple of Goat Necks to try over the coming weeks.
