Hogget or Goat Smoked?

Fancy trying tone or both of these on the smoker in the summer. Going to take a trip into Birmingham Indoor Market in the coming weeks as hoping they will stock them.

Anyone done them before any tips and is Shoulder the best cut for both of them?

Managed to pop into the Birmingham Indoor Market today, vary impressed with the variety of meats and fish you could buy there at the different stalls. Meatiest racks of ribs I have ever seen and huge slabs of Brisket and Shins etc all at good prices

Picked up a Whole Goat Shoulder and a couple of Goat Necks to try over the coming weeks. Looking forward to it.
