I haven't bit the bullet yet, looked at a few smokers so lots of reading and choices to decide, looked at the Callow, WSM and proQ. So will most likely be picking a few of your brains. It can be difficult to make up your mind on what to buy, I started off with a Brinkman, then added an off-set, along came a Weber, I'm halfway into building a UDS and so on. I must admit I went back to the Brinkman last Sat to cook a rack of ribs and fell in love with it all over again...so take your time you'll be fine. Ice.
