Re-Inventing Sous Vide Appliances

I am currently a 4th year Product Design student at the University of Nottingham undertaking my major project.

I am designing a home kitchen appliance which makes sous vide cooking more accessible and intuitive. As part of my research, I am conducting a survey looking into people’s knowledge and experience of sous vide cooking, habits for cooking and storing food, and how home kitchen appliances are used.

If you are interested in participating in the study you can find the survey at this link:

Participation in the study is entirely voluntary and participants are free to skip questions or exit the survey at any time.
The survey is split into 4 sections, totalling 14 - 20 questions depending on your responses. It should take about 4-7 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions, you can get in touch: epyfw@nottingham.ac.uk

I am also interested in having a discussion about people's overall experience of cooking sous vide in this thread.
