Nick1298 Posted January 6, 2019 Share Posted January 6, 2019 For my first ever smoke I just used wood chips in my charcoal smoker. Would people recommend using these or wood chunks? But, if you have wood chips, place a good hand full in to one of those foil food trays from the take away, then sit it on top of your coals, this will smolder away. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
