Set Smoker to 220F, and put pork in with Hickory Chips.4 hours in 137F IT. Raised Smoker temp to 240F.7 hours in 165F IT, added 6 ounces of Apple Juice and foiled.10 hours, 208F IT, Pulled from smoker, wrapped in a towel and into Coooler Box for 1 hour to rest.
