Whole Roasted Cabbage Stuffed with Bacon & Onion

Sauted Onion & Bacon

“Core the Cabbage”

Stuff the Cabbage with the Bacon & Onion

Paint outside with BBQ Sauce, then place on BBQ indirect heat.

After two hours make a 1/2 cup of Chicken Stock and pour in the middle, repaint outside with BBQ Sauce then wrap in foil and cook for another two hours.

When soft pull apart the Cabbage and Shread.
