American friends coming this weekend

Getting ready for an influx of Americans so am getting some BBQ ready.

Brisket - bought from Bookers - looks thick and very reasonable
Meaty pork ribs
Kielbasa sausage - made and cold smoked yesterday and today. Will be hot smoked tomorrow

I will post up some photos over the weekend. In the meantime...

No, they are from New York and North Carolina thankfully - so maybe I should have just got hot dogs and yellow mustard
