Hey guys, been 'barbecuing' for years now but always just the standard burgers and sausages. I recently thought I'd step it up a notch and purchased myself a ProQ Frontier smoker. Done a few pork shoulders and halved chickens so far and I must say I'm loving it!!

Anyway, just thought I'd drop by and introduce myself and try coax out any tips and tricks anyone has to offer 😎
