Scotty
Morning all, so I am going to have a go at a Kellybab this weekend on my ProQ Frontier with the rotisserie attachment. My questions are, do I just use 2 smoker sections, the bottom charcoal section and another to attach the rotisserie too ? Also, do I need to divide the charcoal so that fats etc from the meat do not drop onto the coals ? Many thanks Scott
Smokin Monkey
Hi Scotty, yes use two sections and divide the coals in to two and have a foil tray placed below the kebab to catch the fats, makes for easier clean up and no fires.
