  1. Morning all, so I am going to have a go at a Kellybab this weekend on my ProQ Frontier with the rotisserie attachment. My questions are, do I just use 2 smoker sections, the bottom charcoal section and another to attach the rotisserie too ? Also, do I need to divide the charcoal so that fats etc from the meat do not drop onto the coals ? Many thanks Scott

  3. Afternoon, I'm using the Blue Restaurant grade charcoal in my ProQ Frontier and was wondering if people break up the larger pieces or keep them as they are ? Just wondering if it effects smoking times and temps ? Many thanks
