sotv Posted October 1, 2020 Share Posted October 1, 2020 Fried Jerk Chicken Strips 30 minutes Smokeboost then coated in flour & jerk seasoning and egg wash twice. Then 12 minutes fried in Vegetable Shortening at 450F.
