Baked ham

Made this today using a 1kg piece Gammon Ham from the Morrisons Deli Counter using this recipe and method

Ham before and after  1st prep stage to put on grill at 225F for 2 hours




After just under 5 hours and wrapping and glaze done, rested for 45 minutes. Very nice and full of smokey, sweet flavour. Ham melts in the mouth.
