sotv Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 Made this today using a 1kg piece Gammon Ham from the Morrisons Deli Counter using this recipe and method Ham before and after 1st prep stage to put on grill at 225F for 2 hours After just under 5 hours and wrapping and glaze done, rested for 45 minutes.
