Scott Posted May 29, 2020 Share Posted May 29, 2020 I have recently purchased a xxl kamado similar to the big green egg and new to smoking I am planning on smoking a large brisket joint tomorrow and can't get any wood chunks in time. markie_q Posted July 15, 2020 Share Posted July 15, 2020 Would imagine they are fine, just might be a little big. Can you saw them down to fist sized chunks?
