I have recently purchased a xxl kamado similar to the big green egg and new to smoking I am planning on smoking a large brisket joint tomorrow and can't get any wood chunks in time. I have some slimish kiln dried oak logs for my wood burner and wondered if any knows if these will be ok to use ? Thanks
