Just finished cleaning up after brewing 4.5kg pilsner malt mashed for 60 mins the with saa hops 25g  and celia goldings 25g at 70 mins boil. Irish moss 15 mins saaz 10g celia 10 g 10 mins and celia 10 g o m9ns. 10 min hop stand at 80 after boil.  Safale t58 yeast   OG 1.047 FG 1.010 giving 5% abv.
