Pretty much a novice at BBQing but having recently bought a house I now have the capacity to get out and start builing up my experience and hopefully some great cooks! Currently have a duel fuel BBQ but eyeing up the mini Kamado this week at Lidl so very tempted to pick up one of those aswell!
