add the water/yeast and mix so it all comes together.

All together......now knead for 10 mins........................................................................done....into a warm bowl that's had a little oil spread around, cover with wrap and proof for 1 hour.

What I do is switch the oven on for about 30 secs, then off and find that gives me about 35c, add a bowl of hot water and you have a perfect proving cabinet...time for a cuupa before I start the 2nd loaf...

Looks tasty!

My wife tried replacing 50g of flour with rolled oats.

It makes for a very light and fluffy loaf with a great taste.

Done this before 👍 also sprinkle over the crust instead of seeds.

Both loaves came out good,
