How did it taste, the skin still looked a little white? Yes the Chicken was cooked and juicy, but the skin had no colour. They are now for speedy cooking! It was cooked with the water pan full of water in the bottom, think it steamed more than roasted. I did not believe what I was seeing that’s why I moved the MEATER+ twice, that’s the 2dips you can see on the graph. Ribs next time with out water pan, should take 2 1/2 hours!!!!!
