Justin Posted January 17, 2020 Share Posted January 17, 2020 Just put his on to cure. it i as half fillet form lidl. Basically a a salt sugar and pepper cure. Not smoked just cured. Will let you know how it turns out, I have bunged it in vac bag altogether and chucked in the fridge. I will probably let some air in after a day or 2 and rotate.
