Terry Posted October 7, 2017 Share Posted October 7, 2017 Hi, I'm a 70 year old retired Yorkshireman living over here in Bulgaria and I love using my free time making bacon and other porky things and I am doing a little bit of smoking. If it's Homemade Bacon your looking for you have come to the right place. I do my own Bacon along with a lot of other members on here. Wade the other admin is into Cold Smoking, his favorite is His Smoked Salmon! As mentioned, we will be running SMOKEVEMBER through out November, where we will be looking at Equipment, Techniques and posting some ideas on things to smoke.
