Wade
Just seen these fornetto bullet smokers in our local Homebase - both at ~£240. The black one is the same size as the 50cm ProQ Excel. The build quality looks good too. That is a big beast for the price !!!
valve90210
Nice, they look fab, are they on clearance? How would you say build quality compares to the ProQ?
Wade
Yes I tink so - they were claiminh 30% off From the quick look I had the build quality seems very similar.

Skagg2000
I have a ProQ & a Fornetto. The build quality of the Fornetto is much better in my opinion. The only thing to watch with the ones from Homebase is the stock has been kicking around for a couple of years. Insist on inspecting the product throughly before purchase. They have a high rate of damage, it took 3 attempts for me to get one 100% I was talking to the UK distributor for Fornetto a couple of weeks back & he said product sold through Homebase was a nightmare for returns / warranty claims. Buy one, get a good one & you won't be sorry. I love mine. Cheers n Gone Nick
valve90210
How is it for temperature control etc?
Skagg2000
It stable although given its a 22' getting a higher temperature can be a challenge unless using a full firebasket with both stacker in situ Cheers n Gone Nick
