Vortex chicken

I put some chicken thighs from lidl on vortex. Some in Wade's general purpose medium rub, some with ancho chilli flakes and pepper and the rest with a pinch of garlic granules and  soy sauce.  30 mins marinade in fridge.


32 mins on bbc using weber briquettes in vortex on kettle and they came cooked right through at 82 degs c . Let rest for 5 mins until juices ran on to plate  resulted in juicy juicy meat and crispy skins. I  thought I might have a few left for lunch tommorrow but they got wolfed down and they are all gone
