Smokin Monkey Posted February 1, 2019 Share Posted February 1, 2019 Ingredients 8 Chicken Thighs Pitmaster BBQ Spice Rub Kinders Organic Sweet & Smokey BBQ Sauce Directions Prepare the Wood Fired Oven and get running around 220’C to 250’C. Trim any excess skin from the Chicken Thighs. Apply Rub to Thighs. Arrange the Thighs skin up on a cast skillet. Place in Oven and cook for around 15 minutes until IT is around 65’C Brush Marinade over the Thighs and return to Oven for approximately 5 minutes, until IT reaches 74’C.
