I have Weber master touch.
And pretty good at low n slow ribs (3/2/1 method), crispy chicken wings. Reverse seared steaks. I‘Ve Cooked a few joints too.
Just got an Aldi pizza oven and an onlyfire rotisserie.
always enjoy reading/ seeing other people cooks. And hope to pick up lots of tips.
