    Morning All! I'm looking to start smoking in the coming weeks, Wade's reviews of the Callow have lead me here! I'm a Furniture manager at a local Garden centre, which means at this time of year all I do is build BBQ's! I'm definitely in the mood to get the grill/smoke season started! I do have question about grill seasoning (what is it!?), if someone could point me in the direction of a one stop seasoning shop! Any first timer recipes are also more than welcome! Cheers, James
