    I have been buying A-Maze-N hickory wood pellets from BBQ Gourmet and pleased with the product however.....looking at the price from The American BBQ Company its seems that I have been paying over the odds. I note that Wade is happy with their product, which asks the question ... time to move??

    Quick question Wade. I have a cold smoke cabinet the same size as yours and have 2 x 200w frost heaters ready to install. Where is the best place to site the inkbird probe within the cabinet.
