I live in Guildford Surrey and am about to buy my first smoker(hence why I signed up here). I spend my weekdays managing property in Central London and commuting on unreliable and very busy trains. I'm a chef by trade and love to cook so a smoker was a natural progression for me. BBQ is my favourite meal (any meal that I can eat 5 different meats at is good with me) and I'm looking forward to trying all the classics but will also be trying some different things like curry rubs and also using different liquids in the water tray.
