Walt Posted August 1, 2020 Share Posted August 1, 2020 (edited) I have a new 18 inch Fornetto Rasso smoker and I've just cooked on it six times with mostly delicious results. I've been wondering if I can take out one of the body rings since I'm only putting food on the top grill grate and am not using the baskets at all. Any opinions please?
