flearider Posted May 24, 2020 Share Posted May 24, 2020 no pic's ... did a spatchcock chicken tonight .. with the inkbird therm 2 probes in the offset .. got to say the one on the lid is 50deg shy ..lol so with some playing got it up to 140c and it stayed there till 74 deg c will do it without water next time as it took a while nearly 2 hrs or have a bigger fire going ..
