rhino0502
Hi All, I have a Cosmo grill xxl smoker. I'm a chef but fairly rubbish in the way of conventional bbq. Tried to get one going today and it kept going out. What am I doing wrong? Not a tight enough coal bed? Coal bed too flat? Too much air? I tried 3 times and got it very hot, but then it fell off a cliff and the coals hadn't hardly caught. Please help, this is one area I need work on!
