Jerk Chicken cooked on an Argentinian Grill, quick lunch while filming.

Rub Ingridients.

1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground allspice

1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon sugar

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

3⁄4 teaspoon black pepper

1 1⁄2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1⁄4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves

Hey great video, love the grizzly bars on the grill

If it was me I might add a scotch bonnet, fresh ginger, and two or three tea spoons of BBQ sauce

For me I always add extra thyme (fresh, stalks and all), which I blend out

Great work looks great, love the idea of cooking whole chicken
