We are new to this Wood Smoke Forum but would love nothing more than to be apart of it. I'd like to personally introduce myself... My name is Markelle and I take great pride in representing Blackwood Ovens. I would love to hear that a lot of you have already heard of us, and the ones that haven't.. Hello there! I look after the Business Development and Media Marketing within the business and i'm constatly looking at fun new ways to interact with likeminded people. Who doesn't want to make working more fun ay!? I would love to connect and hear all about you. If you're in the food industry and your passion is smoked food, what was it that inspired you? what is your favourite thing to cook? Do you have a preferred wood chip flavour and if so, why?
