Hi all,

Stumbled across this site this afternoon after disappearing down a google rabbit hole!

Some invaluable tips and info for a newbie to smoking like me.

Ive always enjoyed smoked food and started hankering after my own smoker when I started trout fishing 30+ years ago.

well life, children and work got in the way and having retired I finally got a proQ cold smoker.

lve had some fun with different cheeses, chilli’s, garlic and sausages and enjoying it so much I’m thinking of a hot smoker too.

Anyway, thank you for letting me join your fold and am looking forward to learning from the good and wise here.
