Chicken Fat to Light BBQ

Most I cook is Jerk chicken with smoking, sausages, bacon, and add burger that’s about it. I very happy with that or and Peri Peri chicken

As I do use a lot of chicken and I clean up the pieces first, you know cut off bad looking bits, fat etc … I put the fat at the bottom of my BBQ and use as fuel or it in the bin, with the lighters

Anyone else do this or tried this or anything similar
