Hello everyone, I am looking for advice. My grandpa used to say that plum is the best wood for smoking (his pork and duck were better than anything I tried in my life). I was stupid enough not to listen to the details when he was alive and now trying to find out those details. What is your opinion on plum? What is better to use chips, chunks? Where to buy them? Where can I find a good source to learn more about smoking? Thanks.
