I’ll keep an eye out for that one, I’ve also got Original and Smokey Bacon to try out. 

This one was good, not over powering and made the meat very tender - I put out 6 steaks and they all went! So must have done something right! 

I’m giving these steaks the New York Steakhouse overnight  treatment ready for tomorrow’s bbq’ing

I’ve just joined as I’ve recently moved in to a house with my own garden 😍 and within a couple of weeks I picked up my 1st smoker bbq and I love it. Now looking for inspiration/ advice/ motivation for producing the bbq’s that go down in local folklore! 

Looking forward to reading all the posts! I’ve attached “Jolene” getting her 1st run through.
